The eCPA product is designed for providers who have a specific requirement to support the care programme approach or similar clinical processesbut who do not have a current requirement for administrative functions such as outpatient scheduling. The product is designed to work in conjunction with the providers existing patient administration type systems, but can also be used independently if necessary.
