The eCPA product is designed
for providers who have a specific requirement to support the care programme
approach or similar clinical processesbut who do not have a current requirement
for administrative functions such as outpatient scheduling. The product is designed
to work in conjunction with the providers existing patient administration type
systems, but can also be used independently if necessary.
The product
supports all aspects of the CPA including :

- Problem/need management
- Fair Access to Care processes
- Care planning and delivery
- Risk assessment and management
- Outcome measurement
- Care review
- Caseload management
The product also contains a range of services
to ensure that the customer gets the most out of these functions, for example,
integrated and flexible reporting, patient noting, and document production.
