The products available from MSL provide a range of options for mental health, and related services. These are listed in the menu to the left. Installations are completely scaleable for single user/small team installations through to enterprise level solutions. All of our products share a common set of principles :

• Use of a single Oracle database designed to efficiently support day to day use and reporting requirements from a single database. There is no need for seperate reporting databases, or data warehouses.

• Ease of use based upon the use of a common portal which is used to provide single click access to all system resources, and to 'push' appropriate information to the user.

• A 'calendar' style interface for the management of all of the staff members scheduled activity.

• Modular structure making it possible for customers to choose the combination of modules that best fits their requirements.

• Decision tree service which enables automated workflow, or recommendation generation, following systems events.

• Easy customization by customers of information content and functionality, thereby minimisng reliance on Maracis to deliver local preferences.

• In our more recent products a choice of deployment platform - win32, .NET client (WinForms – including Smart Client Technology) and ASP .NET2 WebForm.
